One quarter. Five goals, each scored on a number you control rather than one you hope for. Check in with Taylor Nov 14; full review Jan 9.
1.5–2.3 lbs a week. Target is 20; 30 is the stretch. Four gym days a week is the vehicle, the scale is the scoreboard.

Tiers — Pass: 12 lbs · Target: 20 lbs · Stretch: 30 lbs. Weigh in once a week, same morning, same conditions — daily weighing measures water, not progress.
$1,000–$1,500 a month, paid by hand. Roughly $3,000 of principal gone in one quarter.
Zeroing $9,000 in 13 weeks would take about $3,100/month — that isn't your number, so it isn't the goal. At $1,200/month you'll pay roughly $500 in interest over the quarter and land near $5,900. That's the honest target.

You said this can't be automated, which means the payment needs a ritual instead of a system. Rituals survive on triggers and friction, so build both.
Scored on 100 outreach touches and 3 strategy calls — the parts you control. The signature is the win condition, not the metric.
At 8 touches a week you'll make about 100 over the quarter. A conservative funnel on 100 puts you near 10 replies → 2–3 calls → a coin flip on one signature. Lower volume means each touch has to be sharper — which is why the touch is a video about their listing, not an email about you.

320 pages in 46 days — about 7 a day. Plus one page of what you're actually changing because of it.
320 pages over 13 weeks is three pages a day. That's not a goal, that's a rounding error. Nov 15 makes it seven a day — enough that you'll feel it — and leaves the back half of the quarter to apply the book instead of still finishing it.
1,380 push-ups by December 31. The point isn't the push-ups — it's proving you can hold a chain for 92 days.
It needs no equipment, no gym, no travel exception and no weather. There is no legitimate excuse available — which is exactly why it was chosen. A daily habit with a built-in escape hatch teaches you nothing about whether you can hold a chain.
Keep a paper wall calendar where you actually live and mark it there too. The visible unbroken chain is what does the work; a notification isn't.
Two of these are with Taylor. The rest are yours.
